Ingredients:
- 4 red snapper or orange rough fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon each dried oregano, basil and thyme
How to make Spicy Grilled Fish:
- Spoon oil over fish.
- In a small bowl, combine the seasonings; sprinkle over fish and press into both sides.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack.
- Grill fillets, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Spicy Grilled Fish is ready to serve.
