Smoky Grilled Corn Ingredients:
- 6 medium ears sweet corn, husks removed
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp + 1-1/2 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Directions:
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the honey, hot pepper sauce and garlic.
- Season with salt, paprika and pepper.
- Cook for 2 minutes or until heat through.
- Brush this mixture over the corns.
- Lightly grease the grill rack with cooking spray.
- Place corn on the grill.
- Cover and grill for 12 minutes or until sweet corns are tender. ( Turning and basting frequently with seasoned-butter mixture)
