Seafood Fried Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp, cut into bite sized pieces
- 4 cups steamed rice
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp corn oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
How to make Seafood Fried Rice:
- Heat oil in a deep skillet on medium heat.
- Add egg in a stream, stirring continuously.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until cooked thorough.
- Now add spring onion and shrimps.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until well done.
- Now add steamed rice and soy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss well.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
- Dish it out.
