  • 1 pound shrimp, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 4 cups steamed rice
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp corn oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste

How to make Seafood Fried Rice:

  • Heat oil in a deep skillet on medium heat.
  • Add egg in a stream, stirring continuously.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes or until cooked thorough.
  • Now add spring onion and shrimps.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes or until well done.
  • Now add steamed rice and soy sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss well.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions.
  • Dish it out.
  • Seafood Fried Rice is ready now.

  • Serve hot.
