Oven Baked Zucchini Chips:
Oven Baked Zucchini Chips taste every bit as good as their deep-fried brethren with only a fraction of the fat and calories. A great way to eat “fried” chips and eat healthy at the same time. Serve these with Chicken Wings.

Ingredients:
- 2 zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup seasoned panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 475 degree f or 245 degree C.
- In a shallow bowl, combine togther breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
- Beat egg whites in a separate bowl.
- Dip zucchini slices into the egg whites.
- Dredge slices in bread crumb mixture.
- Turn to coat evenly.
- Place on a greased baking tray.
- Bake for 5 minutes turning over once at 15 minutes or until browned and crispy.
- Take it from the oven.
