Oven Baked Zucchini Chips taste every bit as good as their deep-fried brethren with only a fraction of the fat and calories. A great way to eat “fried” chips and eat healthy at the same time. Serve these with Chicken Wings.

Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup seasoned panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 475 degree f or 245 degree C.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine togther breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
  • Beat egg whites in a separate bowl.
  • Dip zucchini slices into the egg whites.
  • Dredge slices in bread crumb mixture.
  • Turn to coat evenly.
  • Place on a greased baking tray.
  • Bake for 5 minutes turning over once at 15 minutes or until browned and crispy.
  • Take it from the oven.
  • Oven Baked Zucchini Chips are ready now.

  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
