Crunchy Roll Ingredients:
- 250 gm boneless chicken
- 1/2 cup cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cup green peas, boiled
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup spring onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
- roll sheets as required
- oil for deep frying
How to make Crunchy Roll:
- Cut Chicken into thin strips.
- Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan.
- Put chicken strips in hot oil and cook for 5 minutes or until all juices runs clear.
- Now add all vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add soy sauce and chili sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Mix well and cook for a while.
- Turn the heat off and take it out in a bowl.
- Let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Put the 1 tbsp of mixture on the roll sheet.
- Roll the sheets and seal the edges with egg or flour paste.
- Repeat this procedure with all remaining ingredients.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.
- Deep fry rolls for 3-4 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
- Crunchy Roll is ready now.
- Serve hot with Chili Garlic Sauce.
