Crunchy-Roll

  • 250 gm boneless chicken
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green peas, boiled
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup spring onion, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • roll sheets as required
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Crunchy Roll:

  • Cut Chicken into thin strips.
  • Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan.
  • Put chicken strips in hot oil and cook for 5 minutes or until all juices runs clear.
  • Now add all vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add soy sauce and chili sauce.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Mix well and cook for a while.
  • Turn the heat off and take it out in a bowl.
  • Let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
  • Put the 1 tbsp of mixture on the roll sheet.
  • Roll the sheets and seal the edges with egg or flour paste.
  • Repeat this procedure with all remaining ingredients.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.
  • Deep fry rolls for 3-4 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  • Crunchy Roll is ready now.
  • Serve hot with Chili Garlic Sauce.
