Chicken Pastry Rolls Ingredients:
- 500 gm boneless chicken, cooked
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup spring onions, finely chopped
- 6 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
How to make Chicken Pastry Rolls:
- Shred the cooked chicken into thick filaments.
- In a bowl, add shredded chicken, green onion, cumin, paprika, green chilies, black pepper and garlic salt.
- Add grated cheddar cheese in it.
- Mix well.
- Then place in fridge meanwhile prepare pastry rolls.
- Divide puff pastry sheet in 2 pieces.
- Roll one of the piece to make a large rectangle of thickness half inch.
- Divide it into 8-10 rectangles of equal size.
- Take a piece of this rectangle and fill with 2 tbsp of chicken mixture.
- Wet the corners of rectangle with water and then start rolling form one side to other.
- Press the end with fork to seal the roll.
- Repeat this method and make rolls out of the mixture.
- Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
- Place prepared rolls on a greased baking tray.
- Brush them with beaten egg.
- Now place in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 20 min or until its turn golden brown from top.
- Remove from the oven.
- Chicken Pastry Rolls are ready to serve.
- Enjoy with Plum Sauce .
